Every plan can add a one-time pack of 1,000 extra questions for the current month — no plan change, no recurring charge. Find it under Settings → Billing in your workspace.

Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
If you do not subscribe, your workspace becomes read-only for 30 days, then is deleted. You can export your data at any time during this window.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. We will add it once we have a clearer sense of which annual discount is right for our customers.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of subscribing, no questions asked.
What about an Enterprise tier?
Not yet. If your needs exceed the Team plan, email us — we'd like to hear about them.
